Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at hkrlife.com. Following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. 

 Shipping times are 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

Even though hkrlife.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, If there is an issue with the shipment carrier, a claim needs to be filed and an investigation will be pursued.
